Refund policy

In the event of a damaged product / manufacturing error:

We offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include a clear photo that shows the issue.

For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, please note that there is a tolerance of 0.5 inches for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the print's position will not be considered defects.


In the event of an unsuccessful delivery:

We will make every effort to resolve the issue with the delivery vendor. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will offer a reprint for an additional charge or a partial refund..


In the event of ordering the wrong size or color: 

We can offer you a refund if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your product.
You will need to return the item in its original packaging.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
